Feature request: do not contact upstream proxy for URL(s)

please add option to add list of url(s)/domain(s) where connection is not provided by upstream proxy


Example:
ipcop proxy config uses upstream proxy but url http://internal.upstream.web.server/ is contacted by ipcop (not by upstream proxy)

HTML TEXTAERA label like:
do not contact upstream proxy for URL(s)
or
do not contact upstream proxy for domain(s)

P.S.: Adding noproxy to client PCs is not alternative.
I need all PCs contact proxy (ipcop) - this is gateway pc (with one network card) with network monitoring and proxy logging
