Remove lib .so symlink that are needed on compilation only

I am thinking to remove all .so symlink as those files are only needed for
compilation and are usually include in -devel packages.

I counted 127 files on development tree with
find /lib /usr/lib -maxdepth 1 -name *.so -type l -ls | wc -l

I haven't yet counted how many are installed.
