I changed on svn tree the broken URL from kernel.org for packages released
before the august attack and not yet restored.
To fix that on 2.0.2, the simpliest is after ./make.sh prefetch, to
temporary change
URL_KERNEL = http://www.kernel.org/pub
to
URL_KERNEL = http://mirror.anl.gov
Running ./make.sh prefetch again will retrieve the missing files.
Restore URL_KERNEL to previous value if you want to pull update from svn.
