2.0.3 release candidate 1

All,


I intend to release 2.0.3-rc1 on Friday 3th February. Remaining SVN 
commits should be made before 2012-02-03 00:00:00 UTC.
If all goes well, expect 2.0.3 to be released on Friday 10th February.


Please note that release candidates are for testing purposes only. RCs 
can only be installed by uploading to IPCop manually or using IPCop 
console. There will be no updates from RCs to a final version.
