Hello find another time a disk full (a different machine) after running ./make.sh clean && ./make.sh build test. ps -ax show those lines 27742 pts/1 SN 0:00 0 723 2268 196 0.0 /bin/sh ./test_script 27743 pts/1 RN 661:57 0 78 2361 304 0.0 ../debugfs/debugfs -w test.img 27744 pts/1 SN 149:16 0 35 1816 112 0.0 cat /dev/zero Build only fail at boot.img (because floppy disk is full, that's another issue) and the umount cleaning process fail. Using sudo kill -KILL 27744 let df Use% go back to 57% of the disk. After that, running ./make.sh build run and clean every mount at end of build. I haven't yet looked in detail what happen. Me think the primary suspect could be the new procps test suite.
