There has been extensive changes in this area. I haven't try yet. Not undoable but for now I prefer to finish the work to make 2.1 ready. - grep-2.12 will be published soon (I tested the last snapshot and haven't seen anything bad) - procps-3.3.3 is long to arrive and should arrive soon too. I have still 7 w tests failures with last master snapshot, haven't yet reported nor looked what happen in the tests issues. - cairo-1.12.0 give me much more tests failures than 1.10.2 (from 31 to 41) so I am a bit reluctant to upgrade as 1.12.0 has been announced to contain bug. I probably prefer to wait for 1.12.1 - pango-1.30.0 I had no issue but that require glib-2.32. I have both compiled and the test suite ok (with a bit more tweak for glib-2.32 test suite). I am really unsure that both upgrade are required for ipcop-2.1 I still need to upgrade the kernel to 3.0.28 and automake to 1.11.5 but issues there are unlikely. Then I would cherry peek some glibc patches and that would be all I want to do there. I still had some freetype hack tweaking to validate that mostly would reduce size.
