Blue address filter default

I find it peculiar that, while the Address Filter is 100% optional 
(according to the documentation), it is enabled by default. I would have 
expected that, being optional, it would have been disabled. Having it 
enabled essentially cripples the blue interface entirely.

Perhaps the desire to make IPCop most secure with its default settings 
has taken precedence over ease of use in this regard. If that's correct, 
I don't believe it was the best choice. If there's something in the 
documentation about needing to disable the Address Filter if you don't 
use it, I'm sorry that I missed it.
