proxy authentication mostly useless unless proxy log shows also usernames

Hi all,
its a pity that you only post bugs to the list but no feature requests :-(

therefore I want to bring this to your attention:

its really a simple patch, but improves proxy logging a lot ...
please consider to add this to the next release.
