2.1.1 release candidate 1

For those feeling courageous and lucky, 2.1.1-rc1 installation and 
update files are available on SourceForge.
The 2.1.0-rc1 and 2.1.1-rc1 update requires a 2.0.6 installation and 
manual update via GUI!

2.1.1-rc1 is for testing purposes and cannot be updated to 2.1.1.

When testing the installation and or update, make sure to have uptodate 
and working backups to be able to return to 2.0.6.
The USB installation files may not work and will be fixed by the time 
2.1.1 is released.
