The company I work for uses IP cop in the VM for "bubble networks" used 
by external developers. It makes sense for us and we will continue to do 
so. It makes sense for a lot of people and they will do it anyway. I 
suggest it would be more practical/productive to highlight best 
practices and potentially risky problems.

environments such as VMware and virtual box? Or are they specific to KVM?
