2.1.1 release candidate 2

For those feeling courageous and lucky, 2.1.1-rc2 installation and
update files are available on SourceForge.
The 2.1.0-rc2 and 2.1.1-rc2 update requires a 2.0.6 installation and
manual update via GUI!

2.1.1-rc2 is for testing purposes and cannot be updated to 2.1.1.

When testing the installation and or update, make sure to have uptodate
and working backups to be able to return to 2.0.6.
The USB installation files may not work and will be fixed by the time
2.1.1 is released.
