Thanks for the feedback Michael.

With squid on Green enabled, and transparent on Green enabled, I get
entries in the access log, but zero hits show up on the proxy access
graphs, plus loads of ERROR: No forward-proxy ports configured. in the
system>proxy logs. The latter disappear when transparent is not enabled.

I have stopped and restarted squid many times without success. I have a
feeling the contents of squid.conf file may need massaging. I'm off to
Google the error message.
