After moving makegraphs.pl to run 1 minute later I am not seeing any

I should say that this isn't a clean install of IPCop 2.1.4 and I am running 
my Adslmonitor addon plus an blocklist which adds about 500 extra entries to 
Iptables. I have previously moved the adslmonitor script to run 2 minutes 
later in fcron and doesn't now seem to be causing any conflicts.
