That happens from time to time, due to new versions, changes in domain, etc.
All i486 packages should be rerievable for SVN r7862.

The current toolchain (2.1.4) is not available from SF, some more 
changes are likely in the not to distant future.
Should be no problem to build it on any standard linux-distro.
