IPCop Web Gui now affected by Opera.

As many of you know, khtml based rendering engines, namely webkit, often 
show strange anomalies when using the web gui in IPCop. 

Opera with it's prior presto engine did fine at rendering, Opera has now 
switched to webkit so yet another browser has joined the webkit movement.
