Sorry I don't have time to track this bug down at the moment - just
letting folk know so that it can be logged.

I got asked today to create an IPSec VPN using a PSK - the PSK was
generated by the other end and it contained a comma. The web interface
lets you enter such a PSK but the CGI programs behind it barf and screw
up the config, not surprising really as the /var/ipcop config files are
comma separated.
