sql comunication blocked on green?

Hello, I have a workstation with SQL (MSSQL) on green network using the 1433 port. I need to import on another pc on the green network some data to excel from the sql server, but the connection is not working. Tried the same from a remote location and is working. Tried to open the port from green to green but is not allowed. Can I get some help with this?
