I've gone through the GUI and simply cannot see a way to restrict
websites for only a subset of users. I know squidguard can handle this
via LDAP groups, but that was for an office environment where I
integrated squid and squidguard into a Windows AD infrastructure.

Am I out of luck with IPCop's current implementation?
