Wireless access point capacity

I currently have 3 3com7760 WAP hooked to the blue network. I would like to replace these with another that can handle more than 64 concurrent connections. IpCop is handling the DHCP without issues. 220 on blue is the max I have seen so far. The customer would like to go higher, but the current age of the WAP is getting up there.
