Connect LAN to LAN

Good morning First of all I apologize for mistakes in writing, I am using a translator. I have the following situation, a company with a branch. Currently this set freesco in and pfsense another, each has its own internet access, each one has DB and FS servers that interact between both LAN connection it is through an external provider with bandwidth dedicated (single data). LAN-1 Internet <- Red -> IPCOP <- green -> 192.168.3.0 GW: 192.168.3.250 192,168,3,254 (external link provider dedicated router) | | | LAN-2 | 192.168.1.254 (external link provider dedicated router) Internet <- Red -> pfsense <- green -> 192.168.1.0 GW: 192.168.1.250 ….......................................................................................................................... PROBLEM When testing I can connect LAN-1 to DB and FS-2 on LAN, I can access the web and PC shared folders of other users sites, but: LAN-2 can not access DB or FS on LAN-1, positively responds to the ping command but no more than that.
