HTTPS access to Blue from Green ?

I have on Blue a Wifi hub, and now an AP, that both get managed through HTTP.

Up to now I would plug in a laptop in the Blue hub whenever admin work had to be done; 

Now that laptop has croaked, I would like to admin them from my desktop box, on Green.

After much reading of the manual, I have tried to add a firewall rule, Internal traffic, from Blue to Green, Service:HTTP but I still cannot log in the hub or AP.

Short of sacrificing my first-born at midnight, at the full moon, what should I try ?
