block traffic

Hello, Is there any way to block the incoming and outgoing traffic of certain IP range and ports? I see a lot of P2P traffic, but i have no open ports for that. Configuration in red-green-blue, with 192.168.x.2 to 192.168.x.49 on green assigned to company computers with MAC reserved IP's and 192.168.x.50 to 192.168.x.254 on green assigned to customers devices with dhcp. Blue network is also assigned to customers. On green network i have only 4 open ports from the ftp server and the DVR. Also i have another rule from red to ipcop (so I'm able to manage the server from remote location) From green or blue to red there are no forwarding or blocking rules.
