Well for a milestone... IPCop website came on line Oct 3 2000, 15 yrs ago this coming Saturday. Just paid the domain bill for another year. I am here to thank the team that have helped get IPCop off the ground and continue to be relevant, even with IPv4 being "all used up". Olaf, Mark, Eric, Gilles, Alan, Harry, Phil and many, many more, thank you for all your time and energy; building, growing and maintaining this distro. My hope, in the near future, is to see a new release with IPv6 cleanly added to help users easily convert to that new structure. I know I still have questions about IPv6, and guidance and support tools would be a great help. My other hope is ARM or other small foot print machine and allowing to use USB connections, so wireless backups could be designed and used. I know, I have tried IPFire, a branch of IPCop on a Raspberry Pi Model B v1. Makes a great bridge between my iPhone (usb connected) and Ethernet, so I plug my IPCop's RED interface in and I have an emergency full back connection. Again, thank you, all for the support and hard work.
