I seem to recall that various dynamic dns providers utilize different
update protocols; so perhaps a bug report which includes the update
instructions published by your service might get the ipcop team to add
your provider.

Otherwise, you could use cron to run a bash script which issues an update
request only if your ip address actually has changed.

Note that an update request without a change in ip address may cause your
dynamic dns service to be discontinued.
