I think you need to provide a diagram with IP addresses on the various ports.  
You also need to give subnet ranges (the '/24' or 255.255.255.0 or whatever).

What are the functions of the router?  Is it a wireless AP with DHCP server?  
If so, why do DHCP there & not in IPCop?

I'm having trouble understanding where / what the 192.168.27.1 is.
