Cell modems use the same technique as a regular modem, the codes are different by carrier. On router I have used before is moving, and they list the codes on each stick. If you setup your IPCop (in setup) to use a modem on RED, this is how you manage it... There is a list of supported modems, but no cellular modem is included....
