Cell modems use the same technique as a regular modem, the codes are different by carrier. On router I have used before is moving, and they list the codes on each stick. I used ATT ‎ stick for several years to work remote venues. Let me know if you need help

Hi Russ,

In IPCop, the third item on the third tab from the left is the modem
interface.... If you setup your IPCop (in setup) to use a modem on RED,

cellular modem is included....
