I think you need:

svn update -rXXXX

where XXXX is the revision number.

And 2.1.8 is the last version made as an iso on SF. But, if you can build
from source you can make your own iso version of 2.1.9

Have a look in the Changelog files within SVN to see which revision you
need.

PS There is probably a better way to do this with a tag, but that's beyond
me :)
