 From experience I can say "yes", if your ISP expects PPPoE connectivity.

Put your router in bridge mode, look at this page of the installation 
docs and set the RED interface to "PPPoE":

You may need to assign an IP address to RED also - this will be ignored, 
but I don't think you can set up RED without an entry.

Then, connect to IPCop via the web interface and complete setup from the 
"Network -> Dialup" page here, selecting "Interface -> PPPoE":

Once you have finished here, return to the IPCop home page and hit the 
"Connect" button.

This also works if your ISP requires PPPoA, as long as you have an ADSL 
modem that can perform PPPoE to PPPoA bridging, but these seem quite 
uncommon - the one I use is from Draytek, the Vigor 120.
