Upload Speed Issue

Hi All 

I've just installed an IPCop with a access point, all seems to be
working fine other than when i do a network speed test. 

the results come back saying there is no upload speed, and if I use a
different network speed test it come up with connection error when it
tries to test the upload speed,  

download speed is fine (48Mbps) 

but upload is 0Mbps 

the RED interface is connected to the buildings existing Lan via static
IP 

the GREEN interface is connected to 1 access point to provide Wi-Fi 

if i plug the access point into the buildings Lan (bypassing IPCop) then
I get 48Mbpd download and 43Mbps upload. 

can anyone point me in the right place to start looking?
