Hello, I do not know what OS your computers are using, although there is a mention of M$ 10. The results of a whois 198.105.244.130 give NetRange: 198.105.240.0 - 198.105.255.255 CIDR: 198.105.240.0/20 OrgName: Search Guide Inc OrgId: SG-63 Address: 1942 Broadway Address: Suite 319 City: Boulder StateProv: CO PostalCode: 80302 Country: US and plenty more info. I suggest it is more likely you have visited a corrupt website that has cracked your machine and "called home". The firewall blocks external sources trying to initiate a connection but does not stop your machine trying to access sites, so if your machine initiates a connection the firewall will not block any return packets, and your machine could either keep the connection alive or call back again later. You could configure the firewall to prevent all connections in both directions for that address block.
