DNS lookup issue in 2.1.9

Hi I have just rolled out a brand new 2.1.9 firewall (very nice it is too) but users on Green and Blue networks lose DNS lookup ability after a few minutes after boot up. I'm not sure why this is. Tried rebooting IPCOP, and ADSL modem on Red network, still no joy.
