Oops, my bad.  I meant to say that when viewed via the GUI, there are a number of entries in  CUSTOMFORWARD but none when viewed via the command line via  -n -L CUSTOMFORWARD

There.  Fixed that for me.   

It gets worse though.  It helps to remember which of several projects you are actually looking at when comparing things.
