Wich TFTP/DHCP server do you use ? Wich context? Has this ever worked for you? Did you tried the solution in the #2 comment? Wait until Friday to read : I have solved my PXE boot problems with a Linux VM that serves DHCP and TFTP (and more). It's easy to set it up as "next server" in IPCop. I haven't had problem since.
