I have vi'd traffic.cgi and replaced 

&Header::openpage($Lang::tr{'sstraffic'}, 1, ''); 
with 
&Header::openpage($Lang::tr{'sstraffic'}, 1, '<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="60">');

Without any change in the display.

Does it need rebooting the IPCop box to take effect ?
