Sure, I used it for a very long time too and was very grateful for it.

BUT, it is no longer supported and there is very likely some security
patching at this time (and for a while now) that is needed and will not
ever be done.  To the best of my knowledge, no-one has adopted IPCop and
will patch it going forward.  The last thing you want is an unpatched
and possibly vulnerable firewall.

So, it no longer makes sense to continue with IPCop.
