Security Engineer
Client of ours is looking for a Security engineer for their global environment.
This position is a 7+ month contract.
This is a senior role within the Network Security Engineering team which is part of Global Network Services. The team members are highly skilled and experienced professionals. The team is globally responsible for the security of the network which includes both external and internal security of the infrastructure.
Definition of the network security standards and guidelines
Research, Design and implement security solutions
Provide third level support
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills
Strong Unix skills
Strong knowledge of network security practices
Proven FireWall operations background (CheckPoint, Cisco)
Experience working in a global enterprise environment
Strong knowledge of networking technologies, routing and switching
Thorough understanding of IPSO, Checkpoint NG and NGX is required
Experience and understanding of network design and troubleshooting specifically as it applies to interoperability of NOKIA/Checkpoint systems with Cisco.
