Position:       Forensics Engineer
Location:       Chantilly, Virginia, United States
Type:           Permanent F/T

Closing Date:   2008-08-15

SECURITY ENGINEER/MEDIA EXPLOITER 
This person will be responsible for examining submitted digital media to discover and report upon information and intelligence related to computer intrusions, malicious code, counterterrorism, and other criminal activity.



JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
&#149;	5+ years of prior experience in investigative or intelligence work 
&#149;	3+ years of computer forensic or media exploitation experience within a Federal intelligence or law enforcement organization 
&#149;	Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude 
&#149;	Stable employment history 
&#149;	Bachelor&#146;s Degree
&#149;	Must have completed a government background investigation 

Preferred Qualifications:
&#149;	Master&#146;s Degree 
&#149;	One or more related certification(s) such as EnCE, CFCE, CCE, or CISSP 
&#149;	Prior experience with EnCase, FTK, ILook, or Sleuth Kit 
&#149;	Programming or scripting ability in Perl or EnCase (EnScript) 
&#149;	Foreign language ability
