--------------------------------------------------- SECURITYFOCUS JOBS - NEW OPPORTUNITY --------------------------------------------------- JOB DESCRIPTION --------------------------------------------------- Position: Manager, Information Security Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, United States Type: Permanent F/T Closing Date: 2008-09-11 A Security Project Manager at Vigilant, LLC is expected to function as a lead member within the Professional Services Organization by leveraging their exceptional management and organizational abilities in combination with professional interpersonal skills to bring full life-cycle engagements to successful completion. The Security Project Manager reports to the Director, Services Delivery, and is responsible for the day-to-day management of Vigilant implementations, orchestrating activities with Partners and Clients. The Security Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that all project deliverables are met and follow or exceed guidelines and standards defined by the Professional Services Organization and the Client. Achieving complete client satisfaction is expected on a consistent basis. It is expected that the Security Project Manager will provide a leadership role and will be looked upon for expert knowledge regarding details of full project plans including time scheduling, budgets, and resource allocation. JOB REQUIREMENTS --------------------------------------------------- * BS or BA degree required.
