Location:       Dulles, Virginia, United States

Seeking Malware Analyst for iDefense Malicious Code Operations Team (malcode ops). Members of the malcode ops team reverse engineer malware, design automatic analysis systems, automatic discovery systems, write in-depth customer focused research reports and present original research. We are seeking candidates to work in Dulles, VA, USA as well as remote employees in Europe.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience with Olly/Immunity Debuggers

Experience with IDA Pro

Experience with programming, scripting and DB languages that can be used to develop automatic analysis systems. Python + MySQL experience is a big plus.

Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems API calls, etc

Strong knowledge of network protocols

Strong English writing and presentation skills

Prior work in A/V or Research industry analyzing malware preferred
