The company is based out of Pompano Beach, Florida (just north of Ft Lauderdale). Our solution set includes products from Check Point, RSA, EMC, VMWare, McAfee, Symantec, Aruba, Webesense, and many others. JOB REQUIREMENTS --------------------------------------------------- Responsibilities for this position include : pre-sales consultation of network security products & implementation strategies, professional implementation services, first to third level support, considerable documentation, and project management. The Security Engineer’s role works very closely with the Mission Critical Systems sales team, product logistics, and management to ensure the continued success and growth of the company. The following skills and qualifications are required to apply for this position: • Check Point CCSE, and minimum two years of solid Check Point experience • Implementation experience with other products we represent. • Advanced knowledge of TCPIP, routing, subnetting, and Layers 1-7 • IT Security background, and sincere interest in this area • Well versed in business processes and functions with heavy professionalism as it relates to communication with customers on all levels including excellent written skills Optional preferences include : • Certifications and/or designations in security areas outside of CheckPoint.
