We are currently looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to be located in our San Jose, CA office to be responsible for providing day to day support for field marketing such as project management; managing direct marketing campaigns incl. data entry and development; analysis and distribution of Salesforce.com reports; use and management of various CRM/Campaign tools.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

SalesForce.com Marketing System Administration:

Field and provide support for companywide inquiries related to leads and campaign management; perform data integrity administration related to leads, campaigns and marketing reports; track and analyze marketing campaigns to determine ROI; prepare and import lead files.
Assist with direct marketing campaigns, specifically delivery and measurement of effectiveness, including newsletter distribution, email campaigns, online advertising, and execution of webinars.
Generate purchase order requests, tracking of invoices and management of expenses as needed.
Assist with maintenance of information for marketing activities as well as managing marketing related content on Secure Computing Website as needed.
Other support and administrative activities as needed for Channel Marketing, Direct Marketing, Event Marketing or General Corp Marketing departments.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business equivalent is required.
8-10 years marketing experience is necessary, with specific experience using Salesforce.com.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with various internal and external customers. 

Ability to be adaptable and flexible in fast-paced work environment.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite: Word, Excel (formulas and pivots), PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and Project.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com administration and AppExchange tools: CRMFusion, (DemandTooks, PeopleImport), DataLoader, RingLead.
Knowledge of Marketing Automation and Business Objects a plus.
Basic knowledge and understanding of SQL, HTML, ERP a plus.
Ability to travel as needed.
