Position:       Customer Service
Location:       St Paul, Minnesota, United States
Type:           Permanent F/T

Closing Date:   2008-10-20

We have an opportunity in our St. Paul, MN office for a Customer Service Representative. Customer Service is a a 24 x 7 operation provided to our customer base. We have an immediate opening for our 3rd shift (10PM-8AM) Wednesday - Saturday.

Responsibilties

Develop and maintain positive customer relations by effectively handling customer interactions. 
Coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. 
Use appropriate database systems, tracks sales transactions, and maintain accurate customer records. 
Assist in the renewal of support contracts. 
Prepare database reports as required. 
Answer internal help desk calls and generate IT help tickets. 
Assist customers with training questions, registrations, orders and confirmations. 
Initiate contact with customers to begin the scheduling of onsite services. 
Perform various functions to support the delivery of services to customers. 


JOB REQUIREMENTS

AA Degree or equivalent 
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience 
Excellent communication skills 
Professional 
Reliable / dependable
