Position:       Director, Information Security
Location:       Waterbury, Connecticut, United States
Type:           Permanent F/T

Provides leadership for the Security team in the identification, development and implementation of processes enabled by business systems/application technologies to meet functional, business unit and/or corporate objectives.  The global architect for the design / support of the applications within the process domain.  Develops capable organizations and teams with the skills, knowledge, and vision necessary to support the company's mission


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience and be considered an expert in security processes.  This role requires a background in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or Peoplesoft) as they relate to information security.  Must have run an IT Security oranization with a budget in excess of $5M.
This role requires Senior level competency, plus broad technical know-how outside of current areas of support.  Ability to assemble complex technology portfolio to provide breakthroughs in functionality/ performance. Highly proficient in the use of basic desktop support tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.

This position, located in CT, provides full relocation.
