Position:       Security System Administrator
Location:       Eagan, Minnesota, United States
Type:           Permanent F/T

MUST BE US CITIZEN 
Provide a Linux Mid-Range environment for the Data Centers in Eagan, MN 
Their goal is to insure their Data Centers will support leading edge computing technology with lower hardware, software, and upgrade costs, implementing automated, on-demand computing on a standards based centrally managed infrastructure. 
5-10 years Linux experience 
2-3 years recent SLES Linux experience 
1-2 years virtualization (VMware,etc) 
Experience deploying/maintaining Linux in a datacenter 
Desired experience:
- HP hardware
- Oracle 
- WebSphere 
Integration support will include (but is not limited to): 
- Revision of hardware and OS build standards to provide optimal availability and performance of the new platform
- Integration into existing authentication, SAN, NAS, email, backup, monitoring, and job scheduling infrastructures
- Tailoring of proposed provisioning services to meet existing security and configuration standards
- Development of a repeatable patch bundle creation and deployment process
