Provide subject matter expertise around specific technologies. Pr= ovide project management for the deployment of customer-servicing project= s. Evaluate and implement new technologies, policies, and procedures for = business network operations. Perform analysis and prepare reports in supp= ort of data network monitoring, improvement, and regulatory compliance.=0D =0D Responsibilities=0D =0D • Develop and implement strategies for securing assets, customer ser= vices delivery, and regulatory/audit compliance.=0D • Perform 24x7 advanced tier troubleshooting, including off-hour mai= ntenance activities, problem resolution, and on-call troubleshooting effo= rts during data network outages=0D • Perform security engineering tasks such as implementing firewall c= hanges, establishing VPNs with partner companies, AAA administration, and= administration of DNS records.=0D • Provide guidance/training to more junior staff=0D • Engineers and implements solutions on wide variety of data network= and data security elements=0D • Manage project tasks in all geographical locations by performing a= ll elements of network security engineering duties, including securing in= formational asset infrastructure, regulatory compliance and audit (Sarban= es-Oxley, PCI, and others), security of customer-facing services, securit= y elements of cross-functional multi-departmental company initiatives and= projects, as well as securing all Internet, Extranet, and Virtual Privat= e Network connections=0D • Actively and constructively foster a team working environment=0D JOB REQUIREMENTS --------------------------------------------------- Qualifications=0D =0D • Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in related technical / busine= ss area or equivalent work experience=0D • Certification(s) in data network engineering and/or security prefe= rred=0D • Experience supporting mission-critical infrastructure in a fast-pa= ced environment =0D • Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of complementary technica= l fields (i.e.: data network engineering, operating systems, etc.)=0D • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting methodologies=0D • Excellent problem solving / analytical skills and knowledge of ana= lytical tools=0D • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.=0D =0D Required Technical Skills Yrs.
