We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to be a significant cont=
ributor to the Securify team in Cupertino, CA.=0D
=0D
Securify, recently acquired by Secure Computing, Inc. is a leading securi=

ork infrastructures and applications to provide cost-effective enterprise=
 security. Our identity aware solutions monitor and verify access and use=
r behavior for critical business systems. Our out-of-band network applian=
ces enable lower cost and broader deployment of network and application a=

Responsibilities:=0D
=0D
Analyzes, designs, writes, and debugs server-side solutions and new produ=
ct features.=0D
Ensure a quality product through continuous testing and refinement of the=
 code base.=0D
Contribute to system design and implementation relating to the policy eng=
ine component.=0D
Drive specification, measurement and correction of performance, reliabili=
ty and scalability issues.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.=0D
8+ years C++ component design and development experience.=0D
Solid track record delivering enterprise-class applications.=0D
Must design and write robust, scalable, secure, efficient, and maintainab=
le code.=0D
Experience with client/server architectures and multi-threading developme=
nt.=0D
Experience developing rules engines, policy engines, or other complex sta=
te machines.=0D
Excellent design skills, including ability to produce functional and desi=
gn specifications.=0D
Experience in developing Linux/Unix products.=0D
Experience with Java is desirable.=0D
Experience with scripting languages a plus (Perl, Shell scripts).=0D
Experience with database stored procedures and SQL a plus.=0D
Working knowledge of networking, including security and management, is a =
plus.=0D
Position requires a highly motivated, creative, and innovative self-start=
er individual.=0D
