Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigatio=
n and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified informa=
tion. Must be clearable to the Top Secret level. =0D
=0D
&#149; Develop and Maintain a TSA Specific IT Security Architecture =0D
&#149; Familiarity with existing risk management frameworks, such as COBI=
T, ITIL, and ISO 27001. =0D
&#149; Develop business process mapping for implementation of security po=
licies and standards throughout enterprise =0D
&#149; Develop individual detailed IT Security technical reference models=
. =0D
&#149; Develop process flows and mapping of security architecture compone=
nts as part of an enterprise architecture. =0D
&#149; Interface with DHS and Components on all phases of Architecture. =0D
&#149; Develop and Maintain TSA Specific IT Security Policies =0D
&#149; Review and update existing policies. =0D
&#149; Research and develop new policies. =0D
&#149; Maintain DHS to TSA policy matrix. =0D
&#149; Maintain policy outreach, i.e. Intranet and Newsletter. =0D
&#149; Create and update a TSA Requirements Traceability Matrix =0D
&#149; Support the ST&E efforts by reviewing the architecture design =0D
&#149; Support vulnerability assessments on various types of networks and=
 topologies; =0D
&#149; Analyze output from network vulnerability assessments and recommen=
d mitigation strategies; =0D
&#149; Review and provide feedback on security plans and procedures regar=
ding all aspects of LAN, WAN or MANs, as applicable; =0D
&#149; Assist in designing security products to include firewalls, intrus=
ion detection systems, antivirus, patch management, etc.; =0D
&#149; Review and provide input into network designs to ensure compliance=
 with security and enterprise architecture; =0D
&#149; Provide input and visibility into emerging security technologies, =
deployment strategies and other security protocols to ensure awareness wi=
thin the IT Security Branch. =0D
&#149; Build/enhance security architecture and configure network to enhan=
ce the security posture of the enterprise=20


JOB REQUIREMENTS

&#149; BA or BS degree is preferred. =0D
&#149; Must possess 7 or more years of experience with federal IT securit=
y. =0D
&#149; CISSP, CISM, or similar information security professional certific=
ation is preferred =0D
&#149; Must possess relevant security experience with security policy dev=
elopment, security architecture models, and information security regulato=
ry compliance =0D
&#149; Should be familiar with DHS and NIST security policy and be able t=
o review against Security Architecture technical requirements =0D
&#149; Must have the knowledge of IT security technologies such as firewa=
lls, intrusion detections systems, antivirus, patch management, etc, and =
the interest and experience to work on security policy and architecture =0D
&#149; Should have an understanding of the ST&E process=20
