Technical support is a 24 x 7 service provided to our customer base. As a=
 Technical Support Engineer, you would work with our products and provide=
 support to network engineers, sales engineers, customer's technicians, a=
nd system administrators who are diagnosing, repairing and debugging comp=
lex hardware and software products. Individuals must be willing to work n=
on-standard hours. =0D

Provide phone and email-based technical support to network engineers, sal=
es engineers, customer's technicians, and systems administrators who are =
diagnosing, repairing and debugging complex hardware and software product=
s. =0D
Assist customers in the resolution of problems by determining the severit=
y of problem. =0D
Reproduce problems using customer similar hardware/software platform. =0D
Follow standard practices and procedures to track problems and perform 10=
0% follow through with the customer. =0D
Maintain technical expertise in the assigned product area. =0D
Excellent verbal and written communication skills=20


JOB REQUIREMENTS

B.S. in Computer Science or related field =0D
1 year of UNIX experience and 1 year of networking knowledge preferably T=
CP/IP, Sendmail, DNS and http/https Firewall experience. =0D
