The eDiscovery Lead will provide t= echnical and legal implementation to our consulting practice. =0D =0D RESPONSIBILITIES:=0D • Work with outside clients and/or their legal team in their legal/l= itigation process.=0D • Manage resources on eDiscovery engagements.=0D • Identify client business needs to implement SecureState methodolog= ies.=0D • Act as a consultant and project manager on eDiscovery engagements.= =0D • Act as a liason for the technical and legal aspect of eDiscovery.=0D JOB REQUIREMENTS --------------------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS:=0D • Approximately 2-4 years of experience at a law firm or corporate l= egal team. =0D • Must have a Bachelors degree in Business or related discipline.=0D • Certified Fraud Examiner certification or similar eDiscovery exper= ience.=0D • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and projec= t management skills. =0D • Strong judgment and analytical ability. =0D • EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills.=0D • Ability to work effectively with clients, management, staff member= s, vendors, and consultants. =0D • Must be authorized to work in the United States. =0D Benefits of Working for SecureState:=0D • We provide performance based rewards.=0D • We pay 100% of your healthcare (medical, dental, eye).
