i fear that history tells us that it will be hard to get consensus.
so i strongly recommend that any proposal be very well thought out
and be quite clear in its justification for why and how it uses the
dns.  this is not in any way a [pre-]judgment of any proposal.  just
a bit of process advice to any proposer(s).
